RWP Labor utilizes a two-part evaluation technique for making vulnerability assessments. The first part is an internal assessment in which we use our consultants, who are former union organizers, to approach a facility as an organizer would. Our consultants evaluate workplace culture and assign risk ratings based on what they discover.

In the second part of our evaluation, RWP Labor uses a research team to conduct external assessments that look at union organizing activities in your facility’s geographic area.  We emphasize (but do not limit our assessments to) the labor unions who are most likely to target your business. We then assign risk ratings accordingly.
